After 20 weeks you can dance anywhere in the world. "Fun, Friendship and Fellowship" is the motto of Triangle Squares Square Dance Club. Our members will help you through
the lessons, and laughter and music are the sounds you will hear as you learn. Try it out for the first two lessons at no cost. Then pay $25 a person, or $40 a couple (for the complete set of 20 lessons). All ages are welcome, bring the kids (over 9 years) or bring a friend. Come early (at 7:00) on Sept. 11 and enjoy a free salad supper provided by Triangle Squares.

Learn this fast and fun technique for putting your original designs on fabric for a small wall hanging. The design possibilities are endless from portraiture to landscapes to non objective landscapes. We will d
iscuss the supply list and design and have demonstration in the first class. In class 2 we will fuse the top and in class 3 we will put the layers together and discuss quilting and embellishing it. No quilting experience required. Irons and Ironing boards provided. Supply list available at the studio. Students bring fabric, fusibles and some tools.

Would you like to watercolor but don't know where to begin? In this class we will cover brushes, types of paper and basic information about watercolor paints. A different watercolor technique will be introduced and ex
plored each week. Learn to work with the beautiful flow of watercolors on a variety of surfaces. A supply list will be provided for the class and paper can be purchased at the studio.
A variety of yoga styles are offered, depending on the students' needs: restorative Yoga, Yoga for Strength and Stability (Asana Fundamentals), Chair Yoga, Gentle Flow, and Meditation. Taught by E-RYRT Yoga Teachers Susan Reeves and Pamela Ryan.&nbs
p;Where: Denton Regional Medical Center (Education Bldg.), 3535 South Interstate 35. Tuesdays at 5:30pm., ongoing. Class schedule will be expanding soon. Classes are free to those with beast cancer/survivors of breast cancer. $10 donation to Foundation 56 for friends and caregivers. This is a new program, funded by Dallas Cowboy Bradie James' Foundation 56. Its purpose is to address the neeeds of women in any stage of cancer diagnoisis/recovery through the healing practice of yoga in a supportive and nurturing environment.
